Fit for purpose If you need a cheap and clean accommodation next to Manila Terminal 4 then this is the place to stay. Sure this is not a fancy hotel but it's cheap, it's clean (very clean), and not noisy (yes there is a bar below but I didn't hear a thing. Check-in/ check-out are very efficient. |

Best transient hotel near the airport I would highly recommend this tiny hostel for those who have to catch an early flight in the morning beause it is literally situated near the airport. Clean, Friendly staffs, 24 hours bars and resto around and even a Spa and saloon for your last minute grooming. See you next month Hotel Salem. |

No doubt the room is very clean This hotel is almost near to the Manila Terminal 4 airport, a very convenient place to stay, very cheap yet staff are absolutely accommodating. This is not just a sort of conventional budget hotel, their service given feels like a 2 to 3 star hotel. I dont expect more yet their location has everything you need while waiting on your next flight. See for yourself. |

Perfect except airport pickup This hotel really suited our needs, everyone was super nice, helpful, and the place was very clean. We took the shared shower option as it was cheap and we were only staying 6 hours to catch our next flight. The only mixup (and rather major one at that) was our free shuttle at the airport never came. I confirmed by calling them before we left for the Philippines and again when we were waiting for our bags at the Manila airport. They asked for us to call once our bags arrived which we did...a few dozen times over the course of a couple hours on different phones...no one answered. We even roamed on our international plans to no avail. We ended up taking a taxi and it would have seemed reasonable to at least cover a portion of that cost (they didn’t). I debated what to rate this (certainly would be higher if just rating the accommodation) but it really came down to if I would recommend this based on my experience. The only reason we booked this was hotel was for the free shuttle and we simply didn’t get it. |

Great accommodation Budget hotel with a 5 star customer service. Everything is perfect!!! From the free airport pick up and transfer, to the very friendly staff. The room is big and the bed and pillows are so comfy. There's a lot of restaurants and fast foods located just outside the hotel. Very close to the airport. Will definitely come back . Highly recommended... |
